About me

My name is Ena, and I am a highly creative individual with a lifelong passion for artistic expression and exploration. From a very young age, I have been naturally drawn to creative activities, often finding joy in transforming ideas into tangible forms. As a child, I spent countless hours producing stop-motion videos, carefully arranging scenes frame by frame to bring stories to life. Alongside this, I developed a strong appreciation for detail and patience through practicing origami, where precision and creativity come together to create intricate designs from simple materials.

My curiosity for creative tools also extended into the digital world. I became particularly fascinated with digital media and video editing, with Windows Movie Maker being one of my favorite platforms during my early years. It allowed me to experiment with storytelling, editing techniques, and visual effects, giving me a foundation in multimedia creation. In addition to visual projects, I explored audio creativity by setting up my own personal “radio station” using a microphone and recording equipment. Through this, I wrote, produced, and recorded my own songs, further expanding my creative skill set and confidence in expressing myself.

This strong creative drive has remained a defining part of who I am. At the age of 14, I discovered cosplay, which quickly became one of my most meaningful creative outlets. Cosplay combines multiple disciplines, design, crafting, performance, and storytellingand has challenged me to continuously develop new skills. From conceptualizing characters to constructing costumes and embodying them, the process has strengthened my ability to think innovatively and solve problems in unique and resourceful ways.

These experiences have directly contributed to my growth as a student in Communication and Multimedia Design. My background in both traditional and digital creativity allows me to approach projects with a broad perspective, blending technical knowledge with artistic intuition. I am comfortable experimenting with different mediums and adapting to new challenges, which helps me produce thoughtful and engaging work.

Overall, I see myself as a versatile and adaptable individual with a wide range of creative and practical skills. I embrace the mindset of a true “jack of all trades,” always eager to learn, explore, and expand my abilities. My passion for creativity continues to drive me forward, shaping both my personal development and my future ambitions.

Work Experience

Intern, Buro KEET, -s ‘Hertogenbosch
During this internship, I focused on creating short-form content and graphic design for social media. I produced a wide range of reels for brands such as Snoeren, Mister Madame, Babbels in Beeld, and KEET itself. I also participated in several on-location shoots, where I had direct contact with clients and worked closely with them, rather than communicating solely through an intermediary.

Intern/volunteer, youth center TODO, Best
At Todo, I started as an intern and later continued as a volunteer. During my internship, I carried out a variety of tasks. I developed several (weekly) events, including examples such as a girls’ afternoon, a siblings support group, and a sports competition. Through this, I learned how to work with children and how to organize events that remain engaging and dynamic for my target audience.

In addition, I frequently held conversations with young people about their (mental) challenges, after which I worked together with them to create plans aimed at improving their situation. After completing my internship, I stayed on as a volunteer to support new interns during their activities. I also took on the role of a regular photographer during large events.

Crewlid, McDonald’s, Best
At McDonald’s, I worked across all departments. This experience taught me how to be a strong team player and how to adapt effectively to change. My primary responsibilities were in the lobby and order handout areas, where I worked closely with guests and addressed issues directly at their source.
